What We're Looking For:

Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from classroom teachers. Attentiveness to the unique needs of students, particularly English Language Learners. Patience, empathy, and clear communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; further coursework or credentials in education are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering lessons in reading, writing, and math, or supporting foundational reading skills. Support classroom management and engage directly with students, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
