  • We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Daycare Teacher to join our childcare team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for young children, guiding their development through engaging activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Duties
  • Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child, from infant care to toddler care.
  • Establish a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, their parents, and colleagues.
  • Provide individualized care and attention to children with special needs or requirements.
  • Implement classroom management strategies to maintain order and ensure the smooth operation of the classroom.
  • Plan and supervise activities, including arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to children.
  • Keep accurate records of children's progress, health, and daily activities.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the classroom and play areas.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to create a cohesive and supportive childcare environment.
  • Requirements
  • A degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Relevant experience working with children, including babysitting, childcare, and caregiving.
  • Knowledge of classroom management techniques and special education methods.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young children.
  • The ability to lift, bend, and move around the classroom.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • A background check and any necessary certifications.
