You will work with infants/Toddlers aged 6 weeks to 2.5years, providing a safe, loving, and enriching environment that promotes their physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a warm and nurturing environment where infants/toddlers feel safe, loved, and secure. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning and development. Provide responsive and individualized care to meet the unique needs of each child. Foster positive relationships with infants, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Observe and document children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and center policies related to health, safety, and sanitation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience working with infants in a childcare setting (perferred but not required) Knowledge of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.(perferred but not required) Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass background checks& drug test required by state regulations.
