May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities Demonstrate leadership to ensure proper conduct, safety and development of members. Responsible for implementing academic enrichment programs and activities in all program areas of the Club. Record program participation of members. Enter and upload member attendance and participation data for assigned programs. Assisting with guidance and discipline with members. Marketing of programs internally to Club members. Assisting with club and community special events when assigned this duty. Submit all required reports on time and in good order. Maintain organized program files and documentation for future reference and replication. Encourage a positive environment for all individuals to learn, interact, and grow. Collaborate with other staff to schedule academic enrichment activities and programs. Assist with organization and maintaining all program areas. Build positive relationships with youth, volunteers and parents. Assist with preparing information for reporting purposes when necessary. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions. Assume other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.

$14.00 per hour
