If you love working with young children, thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment, and bring warmth and enthusiasm to everything you do — we'd love to meet you Responsibilities Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities Help create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth through play-based learning Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Assist with daily routines, including snack time, transitions, and cleanup Model kindness, patience, and respect at all times Experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in early childhood education (preferred but not required — we'll train the right person!)
