Description :
Serve as an assistant in the Early Lerning Center Program needs. Hours dependent on availability and program needs. High school students will work until 5:30 pm Monday-Friday. We offer an initial 6 week trial period to support training, feedback and mutual fit before moving forward with a permanent position.
Job Summary:
Assist and support the lead facilitator in activities and supervision for the ELC program. Positively represent Westfield Washington Schools when interacting with the parents of ELC students. Assure a positive, inviting, and nurturing environment for the students in the ELC program. Assume other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Lead.
Qualifications :
High school student Preference given for previous camp, club, and/or child care experience Preference given to students with early release Strong human relations skills Child-centered qualities
