Support Teacher /Floater- All Classrooms

The Support teacher's role is to work with the Lead teacher to provide an effective learning environment for the children in their care. Job Requirements Must pass a background check Must have physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must have a negative TB test Job Duties 1. Manage classroom activities including lesson plans, play, breaks, and meals. 2. Enforce the rules of behavior for children in their classrooms and throughout the school. 3. Provide basic needs and supervision for assigned children. 4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with co-teachers, children, and families. 5. Understand and follow all federal.state, and local childcare regulations, and company policies. 6. Attend all staff meetings and other mandates company events. 7. Complete required annual training hours and other required certifications. 8. Provide consistency to children and families by maintaining good attendance habits. 9. Assist in classrooms as needed. 10. Perform effective time management skills by arriving at scheduled times during the day. 11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
