9671877-66062 Job Description Exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced paraprofessionals across a range of K-12 classroom settings. Positions will be supporting students throughout a diverse district, with placements in life skills, autism (STEPs), and behavior support environments. The district is currently assessing exact staffing needs, so candidates will be matched for interviews as soon as roles are finalized. Applicants should bring at least one year of relevant paraprofessional experience to be considered for these roles. Once resumes are reviewed, candidates will interview with the account manager, who will assess suitability and recommend successful applicants for hire.

Ideal Qualifications:

Minimum of one years experience in a paraprofessional role, preferably within a school or educational setting Experience supporting K-12 students, including those with life skills needs, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral challenges Ability to adapt to varied classroom structures and collaborate with instructional teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient, compassionate approach to student support and relationship building
