Full-Time | Non-Exempt | In Person Do you have a passion for helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? Join our Head Start team at SEK-CAP, Inc. and play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers. As a Teacher Aide , you'll support our dedicated staff in fostering curiosity, exploration, and development during the most important years of a child's life. What You'll Do Engage children in meaningful play and learning experiences. Support language development and social-emotional growth. Collaborate with a caring team to create an inviting classroom environment. Assist with observations and documentation of developmental milestones. Promote positive behaviors and cultural respect. Every day, you'll help children build the foundation for lifelong success—while working in a supportive, mission-driven organization. What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED required; CDA or Early Childhood degree preferred. A positive, flexible attitude and a love for working with children. Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days. Willingness to complete required screenings and training.
