JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide assistance for students, to licensed speech therapist(s) in implementing programs related to speech & language therapy needs. This may include, but is not limited to: obersations and data collection, implementation of therapy techniques and interventions and the execution of teacher/therapist directives with students. Employee would work days students are attending school (approx. 170 days/yr.)
REQUIREMENTS
Must enjoy working with special needs students! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to a high school diploma or equavalent, must obtain a passing score on the state paraeducator assessment, or have a minimum of 48 college hours, or have a post-secondary degree. Employment subject to drug screening, physical exam, criminal background check and TB screening.
PAY:
