We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic team member who loves working with children and enjoys being part of a close-knit school community. Our teachers love what they do—and we believe in supporting them from the moment they walk through our doors. Our teaching staff is provided with training, support, and a one-of-a-kind curriculum designed to take the guesswork out of lesson planning while giving teachers the opportunity to be creative and truly make a difference in the lives of their students.

PM Location:
Western Shawnee Job Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with children and families. Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing FLEET's curriculum in a creative and engaging way, using positive reinforcement and practices aligned with the Kansas Early Learning Standards. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create an environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and educational for every child. Provide high-quality care while helping manage the daily routines and schedules of students. Communicate effectively with families regarding their child's day and progress. Maintain open and professional communication with FLEET's management team. Follow all KDHE licensing regulations and FLEET policies and procedures. Complete and maintain annual training requirements as required by KDHE.
