Job Description

Immediate opening This is a PM only Shift position during the School Year and includes additional hours on School out of session days. I am looking for an adventurous spirit, caring, and playful individual to join our team as a Lead Position Teacher - a role focused on connection, fun, and engagement. This position can turn into being the assistant director during the school year and help develop the summer programming. School Year is a Split Shift Am is 6:30a-8a and PM shift is 2:45p-6p, School out of session additional hours are available.
What You'll Be Doing:
Building relationships with amazing kids Leading play-based activities (indoor & outdoor) Supporting daily routines and transitions Keeping the vibes positive, exploration and cooperation This program is unique and can be flexible with your style of leadership
What You Won't Be Doing:
Curriculum planning - I have that covered Lots of paperwork Sitting behind a desk all day
This Role Is Perfect For You If You:
Have experience working with kids (daycare, camp, school, nannying, etc.) Are reliable, flexible, and have good class management skills. Love being outside in all kinds of weather Have a passion to promote social/emotional growth in children. Are a good communicator and willing to be a team player Want to work in a supportive, low-stress environment
