You will support developmental activities, maintain a clean and safe environment, and assist with daily routines including feeding, diaper changes, and nap time. This role requires patience, tenderness, and a commitment to responsive infant care. Bright Minds Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working with infants is strongly preferred Understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving principles Excellent communication and teamwork skills Patient, gentle demeanor with infants Current First Aid and CPR certification (Infant & Child) required or willingness to obtain within 30 days Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and bend/kneel frequently
