Role:

We are looking for a Full-Time Infant assistant to join our amazing team! This role supports classrooms with children ages 6 weeks through 7 months. The Assistant assists the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Daily responsibilities include helping with classroom activities, supporting transitions and routines, and ensuring that all children are cared for and happy throughout the day.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for working with children of all ages A positive, dependable, and flexible attitude Ability to work well with a team and adapt to various classroom needs Experience in childcare preferred but not required Patience, kindness, and strong communication skills
