Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or comparable role Background working in school settings strongly preferred Experience supporting children with behavioral needs is a plus Compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor Reliable with strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to remain engaged and proactive in dynamic classroom situations

Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized support to one elementary student in the classroom Assist the student with instructional activities, assignments, and classroom participation Implement behavioral strategies or accommodations tailored to the students needs Collaborate daily with teachers and support staff to maintain consistent learning environments Help cultivate the students confidence, communication, and independence Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and support provided

Role Details & Schedule:
