Job Description
Assistant Teacher is responsible for implementing and teaching the lesson plans that are provide by the Lead Teacher that encompasses each learning domain: language, cognitive, gross motor, fine motor, self help/adaptive, and social-emotional. Maintain an organized, safe and appealing environment conducive to the optimal growth and development of children. Help plan and implement daily program of activities developmentally appropriate using current curriculum. Gather necessary documentation for observation of children (TS Gold, Early learning guidelines, etc.) Maintain program quality, adhering to all state licensing agencies and regulations.
