Job Description
We are looking for someone to support the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants. This position helps meet the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs of children while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Responsibilities Assist in the daily care and supervision of infants. Support feeding, diapering and nap routines. Help create a warm, loving, and responsive environment for children. Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized classroom. Follow all licensing regulation, health standards, and center policies. Assist with classroom preparation, activities, and transitions throughout the day. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Skills Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children. Understanding of infant development and appropriate caregiving practices. Strong communication and time management skills. Certificate in first aid and CPR. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
