The teacher assistant assists the classroom teacher by: preparing materials, changing diapers, potty training, outside play, following the teacher lead with circle time and art activities, assisting with snack and lunch, aftercare responsibilities, and any other responsibilities during the daily school routine. The knowledge of sign language is a plus but not a requirement. Please do not apply if 1) your are not a dedicated worker who shows up for work ready for the day, 2) you have any physical limitations, 3) if you are a person who does not enjoy working with children, or 4) if you are not a able to begin work August 2026. Qualifications

• Experience with children, childcare, and classroom management
• Previous work in a school setting
• First aid certification
• Knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development
• Ability to provide care and support to students
• Special education or preschool experience is a plus
