Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily activities that promote infant development, including sensory play, tummy time, and social interactions Support diapering, feeding, and nap routines with patience and attentiveness to each child's needs Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment by following health and safety protocols Engage with children through gentle guidance, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to foster good behavior and emotional well-being Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent caregiving practices and effective classroom management Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day-to-day activities and progress Requirements Prior experience working with infants Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities for infants a plus.
