Roles and Responsibilities:

Your Impact Create and execute behavior intervention plans within the Restorative Centers and other spaces around the school. Continually tweak plans and execution of plans to improve scholar academic and social and emotional learning. Support scholars in academic classes through one-to-one tutoring and collaboration with teaching staff. Collaboratively develop and institute universal student policies within the Restorative Center and throughout the school campus. Hold high expectations for all scholars and do so using school-wide character and discipline systems. Foster positive rapport and relationships with students. Create an enthusiastic and optimistic learning environment while setting measurable goals for students. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop solutions to help each scholar in the Restorative Center succeed. Demonstrate flexibility and creatively embrace the ambiguities of building an organization focused on constant improvement. Perform clerical duties, as required, relating to textbooks, instructional supplies, student reports and records, attendance reports, etc.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional similar experience. We prefer candidates who have a track record of success with students or communities similar to ours.
