Minimum Education Required At the Instructor level, the individual must hold a Master's Degree in Management or Master's Degree in Business Administration with a Management concentration, or closely related field, preferably from an AACSB accredited school. D. or D.B.A. in Management of related field, preferably from an AACSB accredited school; ABD will be considered, but must provide strong evidence that all Doctoral requirements are completed, less the dissertation.
