Duty Delivery of Instruction:
At the Instructor level, 12 hours of courses per semester. At the Assistant/Associate level, 9 hours of courses per semester. Effective delivery of student-focused instruction both in the classroom and via online coursework is expected, as is continuous professional improvement and accessibility/interaction with students.

Duty Scholarly Activity:
At the Instructor level, not applicable. At the Assistant/Associate level, successfully publish peer-reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings to maintain academic qualifications.

Department, College, University, and Community:
Participate in student advising, institutional committees, and campus/community/professional activities. Participate in program reviews; participate in student recruitment and retention. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

15 Minimum Experience Required At the Instructor level, must have significant professional work experience in area of Professional Sales. The professional experience must be of a least 5 years, significant in responsibility, and related to the teaching areas. In addition, the candidate must have strong professionalism and written and oral communication skills. Minimum Education Required At the Instructor level, the individual must hold a Master's Degree in Marketing or Master's Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration, or closely related field, preferably from an AACSB accredited school. At the Assistant/Associate level, Ph.D. or D.B. A. in Marketing with Professional Sales interest or related field,preferably from an AACSB accredited school: ABD will be considered, but must provide strong evidence that all Doctoral requirements are completed, less the dissertation. Other Minimum Requirements Commitment to effective teaching; A strong record of scholarly publication is required for an appointment at the associate professor rank. Test(s)
