Work with families to identify goals, reduce barriers, implement education curriculum using a trauma informed and positive youth development approach. Strong collaboration skills required. Track, monitor, and report program outcomes. Develop processes for ongoing quality improvement of program implementation. Experience in workforce development program and successful staff supervision skills required. Candidates must pass a CORI and, have a reliable vehicle, and a safe driving record. Strong team, positive work environment, excellent training. \$25.72-\$27.30 per hour depending on qualifications.
