Description Come grow with us! The Woodbridge School at Partners in Child Development in Andover, MA is looking for a kind, patient, and engaging full-time Assistant Teacher . We invite you to join our growing Woodbridge School Early Childhood teaching team. Being a smaller school, you get to be part of a close-knot, supportive, and dedicated team. At Woodbridge you will find positive energy, a willingness to help one another and a fun environment to work in. We embrace a Reggio-inspired approach, recognizing and nurturing the whole child while supporting exploration, creativity, and learning through child-led play and meaningful experiences. The Woodbridge School program runs on a Monday-Friday basis from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and operates on a 12-month calendar. The present program opening is a 40 hours per week position. Candidates will be scheduled for an 8-hour shift that may vary between 7:30am-4:30pm. Role Responsibilities engage with children ages 3 to 5 years in play help with classroom activities maintain a clean and neat classroom environment diapering and toileting spend time outdoors in all seasons What You Bring At least 6 months of previous Early Education experience required. High School diploma or equivalent. Commitment to caring for the wellbeing of young children. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills.
