Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a student support role preferred Familiarity with elementary-aged children and one-on-one instructional settings Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Compassion, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire young learners
