We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bridport and become part of an amazing, supportive team . As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide individual support to a pupil, helping them engage with learning, develop confidence and make progress both academically and socially. ✨ The role: Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil Build a positive and trusting relationship Support learning and classroom activities Encourage independence, confidence and engagement Work closely with teachers and the wider support team Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people Is patient, caring and enthusiastic Can build strong relationships with pupils Is confident working as part of a team Is committed to supporting every child to succeed Why join?
