Job Description
KinderCare is seeking an Assistant Teacher for Bournedale Elementary School to support high-quality early childhood education. In this role, you'll assist lead teachers with lesson implementation, classroom management, and individual and small-group activities aligned with developmental milestones. You'll help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment, communicate regularly with families, and support children's social-emotional growth. This position offers training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into lead teaching and other education roles within KinderCare's nationwide network.
