We are a small, high-quality childcare center with a warm, family-like atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and professional Teacher or Assistant Teacher to join our center. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player who creates a nurturing and engaging environment that supports each child's growth and development.Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, caring, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and toddlers Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and naptime with consistency and care Implement and follow EEC licensing regulations and center policies at all times Maintain accurate daily records and communication with parents and staff Collaborate effectively with other teachers and administrators to plan and implement curriculum activities Ensure all classroom materials and equipment are clean, organized, and meet safety standards Promote a positive classroom culture built on respect, inclusion, and teamworkQualifications:
Previous experience working with infants and/or toddlers or preschoolers (preferred) Knowledge of Massachusetts EEC licensing standards and best practices (preferred) Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Proficiency in English is required for communication with families and staff Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (Spanish, Mandarin or other languages is a plus) Dependable, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with others A genuine love for working with young childrenWhat We Offer:
