Qualifications and Experience:

Demonstrated experience as a paraprofessional, especially within educational settings Ability to engage, communicate with, and relate to students with varying academic and functional needs Strong teamwork skills and the capacity to follow teacher-led plans Organized, punctual, and reliable, with a positive attitude toward learning and growth Familiarity with classroom technology and instructional support strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized or small group assistance to enhance student success Support instructional activities under the direction of licensed teachers or specialists Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere Assist with implementing behavior management strategies and adapting materials as required Supervise students in classroom, lunchroom, and recess settings as determined by the schools needs
