  • Preschool/Kindergarten Position Summary This part-time position provides administrative and office support for the Preschool/Kindergarten Building, with a primary focus on the PreK program.
Responsibilities include daily office operations, communication with families and staff, recordkeeping, scheduling, and administrative support to the Educational Support Leader and Principal. Essential Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to the PreK office. Support the Educational Support Leader with scheduling meetings and special education appointments. Coordinate Child Find and Peer Model Preschool screenings. Prepare and send meeting invitations and related communications. Maintain accurate and confidential student and program records. Assist with family and staff communication, scheduling, data entry, and other office tasks. Utilize Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PowerSchool, or comparable student information systems. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal. Required Skills Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Technology proficient, including email, databases, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems. Working knowledge of PowerSchool preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
