Range from $20.28 to $22.72 / UP TO $2,000 SIGN

SPEECHTHERAPY PROGRAM AIDE
(NON-CERTIFIED) Cooperative Production has 31 residential homes and 5 Day Programs. Our 24/7 supervised residential programs focus on a person-centered planning approach and working with individuals to create homes adapted to meet individual needs. We provide support in life skills, social skills, and community integration, emphasizing pursuing personal goals and interests. Each day, our staff provides guidance, support, and direction as needed on new skills and tasks, behavior management, personal development, social skills, and communication. They take pride in assisting individuals in achieving goals by maintaining knowledge of their learning styles, strengths, and support needs, and ensuring that skills are taught accordingly. The Speech Therapy Program Aide (Non-Certified) supports the implementation of communication and developmental skill programs for individuals with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Certified Speech Pathologist. This role focuses on helping individuals build communication, social, and daily living skills through structured programs, both in program settings and within the community. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to supporting individuals in a respectful and meaningful way.DIRECT SUPERVISORS

Program ManagerQUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Physically capable of performing direct service duties as required.
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and willingness to use a personal vehicle for business purposes if required.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least one year of experience.
- Acceptable CORI and fingerprint check.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Implement communication and developmental programs under the direction of a Certified Speech Pathologist.
- Support individuals in building communication, social, and daily living skills in both program and community settings.
- Assist in assessing participant strengths, interests, and needs to support individualized programming.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals and objectives.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team in person-centered planning.
- Assist in developing and implementing both individual and group programs aligned with ISP goals and behavior plans.
- Monitor and carry out assigned communication programs consistently and accurately.
- Complete required documentation, including daily data, progress notes, meeting summaries, and schedules.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions.
- Assist in training staff to ensure consistency in program implementation.
- Maintain awareness of developments in the field and communicate relevant updates to the Program Manager.
- Perform all duties in alignment with agency policies, procedures, and philosophy.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Schedules and assignments may vary depending on program needs. This role requires physical activity, including assisting individuals with mobility, transfers, and participation in Safety-Care techniques. Employees must be able to respond to individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors in accordance with established support plans.ABOUT COOPERATIVE PRODUCTION
