Qualifications:

Experience working as a paraprofessional in schools or similar educational environments Comfortable working 1:1 or with groups of students facing emotional or behavioral challenges Ability to engage with students using patience, empathy, and effective de-escalation techniques High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant training or certification preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment This contract position offers a starting rate of $21 per hour, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
