The K teaching assistant works under the direction of the lead teacher to create a safe, clean, and caring environment for young children. This role helps children build social, emotional, and early academic skills.-Help implement lesson plans, set up materials, and lead small group activities-Keep children safe during class, outdoor play, field trips, and nap times-Assist with snacks, meals, bathroom breaks, and diapering when needed-Encourage positive interactions, sharing, and problem-solving among student-Observe children and share notes on their development with the lead teacher
