The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and support students across school environments.

ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and smallgroup ABA-based instruction using evidencebased strategies (DTT, NET, prompting, reinforcement systems).Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.

Collect accurate, ongoing behavioral and skillacquisition data.

Support students in general education and special education settings, including transitions, specials, lunch, and recess.

Assist with crisis prevention and intervention following districtapproved protocols, (QBS).Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, related service providers, and other support staff.

Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Participate in required training, team meetings, and professional development.

Competitive hourly rate based on experience and district salary schedule.
