Basic Job Requirements:
18+ years of age High school diploma or GED 1+ years of experience with young children
EEC Certification:
Infant/Toddler Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of children. Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all students. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom events. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and support individual learning goals. Provide support for children with special needs and implement behavior management strategies as necessary.
