In this vital support role, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a love of learning while ensuring each student receives the personalized support they need to thrive academically and socially. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and early childhood education. Support classroom management by helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all students. Provide one-on-one or small group support to children with diverse learning needs Help prepare educational materials and classroom resources Engage students in age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, behavior management, and emotional development. Support daily childcare routines including snack time, bathroom breaks, and transitions between activities. Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred.
