Northshore Education Consortium (NEC) is anticipating multiple openings for Instructional Assistants for the 20262027 school year.

Join a collaborative team supporting students with special needs, including learning, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges. Instructional Assistants work closely with teachers and clinical staff to support student success in structured, therapeutic learning environments.
Qualifications:
Experience working with students or children preferredStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needsFlexible, patient, and dependable
