Job Description
We are seeking caring, dependable, and experienced EEC Certified Teachers and Teacher's Assistants to join our team at Children's Development Center . The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities Create a warm, positive, and supportive classroom environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports children's learning and growth. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Communicate professionally and effectively with parents, caregivers, and coworkers. Collaborate with other teachers and staff. Follow all center policies and Massachusetts EEC requirements.
