careers@alnooracademy.org- Design, plan, and implement student-centered lessons which demonstrate a deep understanding of the academic discipline, curriculum, instruction, child development, and best practices, aligned with the MA state standards, and the school's goals and mission
- Maintain records of individual student progress and achievement
- Regularly communicate with families about classroom activities and student progress
- Establish and implement expectations for student safety and conduct; and procedures and routines, consistent with established school policies
- Participate in the school community and in all school activities, including but not limited to faculty meetings, professional days.
- Meaningfully integrate technologies into class lessons during in-school learning, as well as offer online supplemental assignments.
- Guide students in their social-emotional development, maintaining expectations and support for positive and productive student behavior
