In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and toddlers, fostering their growth through compassionate caregiving and early childhood instruction. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory development, motor skills, language acquisition, and social-emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond swiftly to emergencies Support classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and emotional regulation among children Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities aligned with early childhood development standards Adhere to mandated reporting laws by documenting any concerns related to child safety or well-being Qualifications Must be 21 years old or older EEC I/T Certification if apply for teacher position Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision techniques Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement Experience in infant care, toddler care, or nannying is advantageous Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and protection Join us in creating a nurturing environment where young children thrive!
