As a valued paraprofessional, you'll empower students in their daily academic journeys, ensuring individualized attention and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers during class, working directly with students to reinforce lessons, and helping manage classroom behavior. You will play a vital role in implementing educational plans and providing one-on-one or small group support for students in need of additional assistance. Collaboration and communication will be key as you support both educators and students across various learning activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Current Paraprofessional certification or Para credentials required Prior experience supporting middle school students preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to foster trust and rapport Collaborative approach to working with educators and students Adaptable, patient, and compassionate personality

Primary Duties:

Provide instructional support to individuals and small groups Assist with classroom management and organization Support students with special learning needs under teacher direction Help implement and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Foster a supportive, positive learning environment Enjoy a consistent schedule with 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, throughout the school year until June 22, 2027.
