Overview:
West Boylston Public Schools is seeking dedicated and compassionate paraprofessionals to support students with high needs in a variety of educational settings across the district.
Position Overview:
The paraprofessional (or instructional assistant) will work under the supervision of a licensed teacher to support student learning and classroom management. The ideal candidate will provide individualized attention to students, lead small group activities, assist with clerical tasks, and help implement accommodations for students.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic, behavioral, and personal care support to students
  • Experience working with students with behavioral needs is preferred
  • Candidates must be willing to assist with toileting and feeding as needed
