ELL PARAPROFESSIONALWEST SPRINGFIELD MIDDLE
SCHOOLProvide academic and language support to students in the
ESL/SLIFE
(Students with Limited or Interrupted Education) program and also support ELs in the inclusion classes. Will work directly with students on class tasks often in small groups and at times providing individual interventions. There is an opportunity for bilingual staff to earn additional pay if interested in supporting families.
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or 48 credits attained or WorkKeys completed-College credits in early childhood education and/or education a plus-English proficiency is a requirement
  • Bilingual Preferred. We are seeking to provide dual-language support representative of our student population
  • Experience working with children, especially English Language Learners

Salary:
Per Unit D Contract, Salary range: $18.67/hr
