Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar support role in a school setting Ability to collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other staff to execute instructional plans Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues Flexibility and resourcefulness to adapt to student needs and classroom dynamics Basic knowledge of academic subjects and the willingness to learn school protocols High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:
