The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience working with children, particularly in early childhood settings. This role involves assisting with afternoon craft activities, snack time, and/or engaging kids with indoor or outdoor free play. Schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-5:30pm. Flexible option of 4-5 days per week. Responsibilities Assist teachers in implementing educational activities. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management techniques. Assist with end of day cleaning of classrooms Engage with kids to foster creativity and curiosity during play. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Qualifications Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is essential. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development theories. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage behavior effectively while promoting a positive learning environment. A genuine passion for teaching and supporting the growth of young learners.
