NON-INSTRUCTIONAL PARAPROFESSIONAL/DUTY AIDE
Supervisory duties for recess, lunchroom and other areasQualifications:

Building Principal or Designee The primary purpose of non-instructional paraprofessionals/duty aides is to support students during activities that are not directly related to academic instruction. Essential functions of non-instructional paraprofessionals/duty aides include: Ability to monitor large groups of students in various settings (i.e. lunch, recess, etc.) Ability to communicate any problems during these activities to appropriate building staff Maintain confidentiality of student information Demonstrates personal career development through in-service/other training opportunities as provided by WHRSD Other Potential Duties Depending on Assignment Be capable of physically assisting students with special needs as required (positioning, lifting, transferring, crisis prevention, etc.) Assisting students with transition to/from transportation All other duties as assigned Terms of Employment Work year:As specified in contract Rate of pay:
