We are looking for a reliable, caring, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Worcester, MA . As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with experienced educators to support children throughout their daily routines, play, and learning activities. You will help create a classroom environment where children feel secure, respected, and excited to learn through hands-on experiences, creative activities, and exploration. Our school is part of a nationally recognized early childhood education organization dedicated to high-quality education, strong teacher support, and positive learning experiences for young children. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Partner with lead teachers to support daily classroom routines, activities, and educational experiences. Help keep the classroom clean, safe, organized, and prepared for children throughout the day. Assist with age-appropriate lessons, art projects, hands-on activities, and other learning experiences. Develop caring and respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Help foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive classroom where every child feels comfortable, valued, and supported.
