Benefits Job Description The Instructional Aide reinforces instruction to individuals or small group of students in either in a face-to-face and online environment; assists in the preparation of appropriate classroom material and implementation of targeted lessons/assignments of active students in the College's Adult Development and Literacy Education programs. Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia. Work is generally performed on the College campus unless otherwise specified. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States, as the College does not offer Visa sponsorship for this position.
