Job Summary:
The program aide is responsible for planning and implementing daily programs and activities in the designated field of expertise•These positions will support the after school program at Kent Middle School. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately promote the club and programs to potential club members and their families. Plan activities with direction from the branch manager and/or program coordinator. Lead daily activities including program implementation, organization of assigned rooms, ensuring daily plans are followed by club kids and staff. Ability to build and maintain positive and professional relations with youth and their parents, when necessary. Assist in all areas of club operations as requested by the area manager. Regularly attend, participate in training and staff meetings. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward the positive qualities of the work environment. Skills/Knowledge Required Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Ability to be productive and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Must possess basic math and money handling skills. Excellent communication, listening and computer skills. High School Diploma or equivalent.
