Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum
• Provide support in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment
• Assist with the care and supervision of all the children in the classroom
• Provide additional support to children with special needs
• Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and execute daily activities and lessons
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Patience and understanding when working with young children
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Experience or training in behavior management techniques for young children
